What type of loans do you offer?

We offer non-cash consumer loans through in-store financing. If you want to buy products such as cellphones, computers, tablets, laptops, home appliances and musical instruments we can help finance your purchase which you can repay through easy, monthly installments.

How do I apply for a loan?

Applying for our loan is done physically at the store of our retail partners.

What items can I buy?

Home Credit currently finances:

  • Gadgets (such as mobile phones, tablets, and laptops)
  • Home Appliances
  • Electronics (such as TVs, HIFI, and Cameras)
  • Furniture
  • Musical instruments

Where are you located?

You can find us in more than 3,500 stores.

What are the available brands that you have at the stores?

We are partnered with major retailers that carry a wide range of brands for the items you can purchase with a Home Credit loan. However, brand availability varies per store. We recommend that you inquire directly with our partner retailers to make sure that the item you want is available in their stores.

How much is the interest on your loan?

Interest varies depending on various factors such as the price of the item you want to buy, the down payment you can afford and your chosen payment terms. Our Sales Agent at the store will be able to help you select a payment plan with monthly installments within your reach. You can also use your Loan Calculator to have an idea of how much your monthly installments will be.

What are the fees I need to pay if I apply for a loan?

Aside from the flexible down payment, you only need to pay a minimal processing fee equivalent to 3% of the financed amount.

How long does it take to be approved for a loan?

Our approval process usually completed within 1 minute after completing the application form with our Sales Agent. This is designed to make sure approved customers get to bring home their new purchases within the same day!

How much is the downpayment?

We recommend that you pay the highest down payment you can provide, for lighter monthly installments. For more information, you can approach our Sales Agent at our partner stores.

What is the minimum or maximum loan period?

Loan period varies but generally it is between 6 – 24 months. Just visit our Products and Promos page for information on these additional services.

What if the item purchased was lost/stolen/defective, will Home Credit replace it?

Home Credit is a financial service that provides the fund for purchase of various items but not the good itself. For defective items under warranty, customers may coordinate directly with the store where they purchased the item.

Where can I view my loan details – due date, installment amount, remaining installments, total remaining balance, payments posted, etc?

You may view your loan details and payment information anytime online using My Payments web portal or My Home Credit App.

My application was rejected. When can I apply again?

Please try to apply again in 3 months.

How can I pay my Home Credit loan?

To ensure your utmost convenience and avoid penalties and charges, we have partner payment channels available nationwide, 24/7 even on holidays.

Do you offer loan insurance?

Yes, we offer loan insurance to help you be ready for any eventuality. For the other details we refer customer to SA. You may ask our Sales Agents for addition of insurance coverage to your loan
